Do the activity boxes really contain everything you need?

Yes, our craft boxes are thoughtfully curated to include all the main materials required for each activity, so you can dive straight into creative fun without needing extra supplies.

All you need to provide is a pair of scissors that you deem suitable for your child to use.

Do you make boxes for more than one child?
Absolutely! Many of our activity boxes can be enjoyed by multiple children with some shared resources, or you can purchase multiple individual boxes to ensure each child has their own set of materials. Please check the product description for details or contact us for recommendations.

What age range are your activity boxes suitable for?

Our boxes are designed for children aged 3-8. We highly recommend they are carried out with adaquate adult supervision due to some small parts.

They include materials that are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.

What postage options do you offer?
We offer various Royal Mail postage options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited services. You can select your preferred option at checkout, and the delivery times and costs will be clearly displayed.

How do I place an order, pay, and receive my craft box?
Once you have placed your order with us through the website, it will be processed and sent out accordingly via Royal Mail using the postage option you have selected. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so your little ones can start crafting as soon as possible!

What if something is wrong with my activity box?

As a small business we really want to ensure you have the best possible experience with our activity boxes. In the first instance if there is anything wrong please get in contact with us so we can resolve it for you. Just drop us an email on sales@primroseandpetalearlykearningresources.co.uk

 

I’ve made a mistake, can I return my activity box

We have a 14-day return policy.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@primroseandpetalearlylearningresources.co.uk

At Primrose and Petal Early Learning Resources, we hope you love your order. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to request a return.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Any items being returned must be sent back at the customer's own cost.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know when your refund has been processed. Please note that original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or there has been an error with your order.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Sometimes accidents happen, and your parcel may arrive damaged, contain an incorrect item or be missing something.

If this happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at sales@primroseandpetalearlylearningresources.co.uk. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and work with you to make things right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of your parcel or the items you received to help us resolve the issue.
